Built by the Street, for the Street.
Equity Stock Transfer was founded in New York City by an equity trader, not a filing.
Founded on the trading floor.
Our founder came from the trading floor at E*TRADE Securities, where record dates were market events, settlement was the difference between a clean book and a fail, and the shareholder register was the ledger of last resort. We built a transfer agency on that understanding, and we run it from Manhattan today.
That formation shows up in how we work. We read a corporate action the way a trading desk reads it — with a tape, a timeline, and a settlement obligation attached. We treat a record date as a market event with ex-date mechanics and due-bill consequences, not as a line item on a checklist. We think about a dividend the way the payee's broker thinks about it, because we have sat where that broker sits.
Boutique responsiveness. Institutional backbone.
In 2026, EST became part of Nant Global Finance, Inc., adding institutional capital, infrastructure, and deep Wall Street operating experience to a firm that was already fluent in the market's language. The result is what growing issuers and their advisors have historically had to choose between: the responsiveness of a boutique and the backbone of an institution.
For the banks and law firms who refer clients to us, the practical meaning is simple: the agent your client engages at their first crowdfunded round is the same agent — with institutional resources behind it — standing beside them at the opening bell.
The full issuer lifecycle.
EST is a full-service, SEC-registered transfer agent serving issuers through Regulation A and Reg CF offerings, IPOs, mergers and corporate actions, proxy and annual meeting services, and ongoing agency services — across the entire arc from crowdfunding through OTC markets to NYSE American, Nasdaq, and the New York Stock Exchange. The agent never has to change just because the client grew.
The people behind the register.
