Go to my.equitystock.com and log in using the email you used to buy your shares (no username or password needed). If prompted, pay the DRS transfer fee. Generate and download your DRS statement — your broker will need a recent statement showing your common shares. Send the DRS statement to your broker and ask them to start the DRS transfer; only your broker can move the shares from Equity Stock Transfer to your brokerage account.

If your personal information appears incorrectly in your investment records, it likely wasn’t verified by the broker before being sent to us. To fix a wrong SSN, complete and sign a W-9 form and email it to info@equitystock.com. To update an address, phone number, or email, send a message from the email on record with the requested change and your current information on file. To update the spelling of your name, send a photo of your driver’s license or passport. For a trust registration or date fix, send the first and last pages of the trust agreement. All other requests: email info@equitystock.com in writing and we’ll reply with next steps.

Yes, there is a DRS transfer fee. Pay securely by logging in with your email at my.equitystock.com — phone payment isn’t available. If you bought multiple times, you don’t need to pay the fee every time; one payment clears the DRS payment requirement across your shares. Your shares must be unrestricted before your broker can pull them, and only your broker can initiate the share movement.

We cannot provide online access to an IRA beneficiary. Email info@equitystock.com with your request and the name of the IRA. To transfer shares, we’ll send a payment link for the DRS transfer fee; once paid and confirmed, we’ll email a DRS share statement showing your shares are free to transfer.

Log in at my.equitystock.com and pay the DRS fee if prompted. On the Positions screen, click "Generate DRS Transaction Statements." After selecting a date range, click "Download DRS Statement." Attach it to an email to your broker, or upload it directly if your broker supports that.

If you’re not receiving the text code, click "Voice Call" to receive the 6-digit code by phone instead. If your email isn’t recognized, make sure you’re entering the same email you used when buying your shares — no username or password needed. A login email from noreply@equitystock.com will follow; open it and click the blue "Log In" button.

Log in at my.equitystock.com and generate a DRS statement. Pick a date range when your shares were sitting in your Equity Stock Transfer account without any transfers occurring. The start date cannot be earlier than when you first received the shares. If your company has since moved to a new transfer agent, contact that transfer agent directly for cost basis assistance instead.

Yes — there's no cost to keep your shares on the company's books as long as the DRS transfer fee has been paid. You can access your share statement any time by logging in at my.equitystock.com.

No — Robinhood doesn't participate in the DRS transfer system. You'll need to use a different broker to move your shares out of Equity Stock Transfer.
