FAQ by Offering
Phoenix Energy
Q: Is there an advantage to holding my shares in my brokerage account vs holding them in my transfer agent account?
A: The advantage of holding your shares in a brokerage account is that you can receive quarterly dividends directly through your broker and trade immediately if you choose. If your shares remain with the transfer agent, dividends are paid by check or ACH, which requires additional paperwork. To trade, you would first need to transfer your shares to your brokerage firm, a process that typically takes a couple days.
Q: When can I sell my Preferred Shares?
Q: What is Phoenix Energy's publicly traded preferred share CUSIP number?
