EST administers equity plan share movements directly on the official record — grant, vest, exercise, and settlement all reconcile by construction. Equity compensation otherwise lives in two disagreeing places: the plan platform where awards vest, and the register where shares exist, where cleanup is expensive.

Award settlement to the register. Option exercises, RSU releases, and share issuances posted to book-entry positions on schedule, with restriction and lock-up coding applied at issuance.
Platform coordination. We work with your cap table and plan software, your payroll provider, and your brokers so shares arrive where participants expect them, without a reconciliation project every quarter.

Cap Table Hygiene

One number, everywhere. Shares outstanding on the register, in the cap table, and in the last SEC filing should agree to the share. We audit and true up the ties, and keep them true.
Pre-transaction cleanup. Before a financing, a listing application, or diligence, we reconcile historical issuances, option ledgers, and warrant schedules to the register, because clean books price better.
