Closing-Day Certainty
EST is the transfer agent mechanics behind IPOs and exchange listings: shares issued, positioned, and tradeable the moment the market opens. On listing day there is no partial credit, and every party on the working group call is depending on the transfer agent's mechanics. EST is DTC Limited Participant #7925 and FAST-eligible; closing day is what we build toward from the first kickoff call.
Closing Coordination
- One mechanics owner. We sit with your counsel, underwriters, and DTC on the closing checklist: share issuance, legend treatment, and the movement of every position, rehearsed before it is live.
- Escrow mechanics. Closing funds and share escrows structured and executed to the agreement, with same-day confirmation to the working group.
DWAC, FAST, and Opening-Day DRS
- DWAC settlement. Deposit and withdrawal at custodian processed in real time on closing day, so underwriters' positions land where they must, when they must.
- Opening-day DRS. Directors, officers, and pre-IPO holders open the day with clean book-entry positions and statements in hand, restrictions coded correctly from the first print.
- DTC eligibility, done early. Eligibility applications sponsored and shepherded well before the roadshow, because eligibility found wanting at closing is a failure with no fix.
