The Register, Run Right

The shareholder register is your company's official record of ownership, and everything else we do stands on it. As an SEC-registered transfer agent, EST maintains that record with the discipline of a settlement desk: every issuance, transfer, and cancellation posted accurately, on time, and with an audit trail behind it.

Book-Entry and DRS

Book-entry by default. Modern registers live in electronic book-entry form. We establish and maintain Direct Registration System (DRS) positions so shareholders hold directly on the books, no paper certificate required.
DRS statements. Clear ownership statements to holders on issuance and on demand, with the register reconciled to DTC positions daily for FAST issues.
Certificate support where it still matters. Legacy certificates deposited, replaced, or converted to book-entry cleanly, including lost certificate processing with surety coordination.

Issuances and Transfers

Issuances. New shares posted to the register from board action to holder statement, with restriction coding correct at birth, not fixed later.
Transfers. Routine and complex transfers processed against industry turnaround standards, with medallion guarantee review and estate, gift, and entity-change documentation handled by people who can explain what is needed and why.
Recordkeeping that meets the rulebook. Records created, retained, and protected in line with SEC transfer agent rules, including Rule 17Ad-7 retention and Regulation S-P safeguarding.

Investor Mailings and Holder Support

Mailings that go out and land. Statements, notices, and issuer communications to registered holders, printed or electronic, with returned mail tracked into our lost-holder process rather than a drawer.
A person who can act. When your shareholders call, they reach someone who can resolve the request, not a ticket queue.
