Built by the Street, for the Street

Equity Stock Transfer launches its new website and Wall Street identity as a Nant Global Finance company.

NEW YORK — August 22, 2026 — Equity Stock Transfer today launched its redesigned website at equitystock.com, marking the firm’s repositioning as the Wall Street transfer agent and its new chapter as a Nant Global Finance company.

If you’re a shareholder, nothing about your account changes. Your shareholder portal login, your statements, and the team you reach at 212.575.5757 are exactly as they were — now with institutional resources behind them. The new site simply makes what you come for easier to find: portal access, transfer instructions, FAQs, and information about your issuer, one click from the Shareholders section.

Behind the new identity. EST was founded in New York City by an equity trader, not a filing. That origin shapes how the firm works: record dates are market events, corporate actions are executions, and the shareholder register is kept the way the Street keeps it.

In January 2026, EST joined Nant Global Finance, Inc., a Delaware holding company building next-generation capital markets infrastructure. The Nant family spans regulated broker-dealers and investment banking, the Upstream exchange, the forthcoming NANTX ATS, and BlockAgent, an SEC-registered transfer agent for blockchain-based digital securities. For EST, the combination pairs the responsiveness of a boutique with the backbone of an institution — and, through BlockAgent, lets securities move seamlessly between traditional markets and regulated digital venues, so clients never have to choose between the two.

New on the site. Dedicated paths for shareholders, for issuers, and for the bankers and securities counsel who refer transfer agent mandates. Free planning tools for issuers and counsel, beginning with the Proxy Meeting Timeline Calculator. And one commitment unchanged: no termination fees, ever.

“This isn’t about choosing between old and new — it’s about giving clients flexibility to operate in both worlds.”

Boutique responsiveness. Institutional backbone. Modern technology. Market instincts. That is the Wall Street transfer agent.
